Alternative Energy Hatha Yoga

Alternative Energy Hatha, LLC is run by local, independent, certified yoga teacher Gwen Hunter. Her yoga classes focus on foundational postures and breathwork and are suitable for all ages and stages of practice! Her mission is to help others find grace through discipline and tap in to their own unlimited energy source. Students can find her classes at local community venues, such as Vita Nova Creatives & Coffee on Wednesdays at 8AM, as well as in-home instruction.
