Prince William County Schools will soon be compensating employees who stay after school beyond their contractual hours to supervise students waiting for buses .

The Prince William County School Board voted to revise Policy 738 “Non-discrimination and Harassment of Students” so to include “gender identity” as a protective class in accordance with state and federal law.

 Prince William County Schools held a dedication ceremony for Gainesville High School, the Lillian M. Orlich Student Services Center and the Ashley Guindon Media Center at Gainesville.

The Prince William County School Board unanimously approved the Safe Learning & Safe Workplace policy. The policy requires all PWCS employees to either get fully vaccinated against Covid-19 or to submit to weekly testing. It passed without discussion.
