According to Virginia State Police, Loving was convicted in 1993 of taking indecent liberties with children.

A 47-year old Bristow woman reported to Prince William County Police that on Aug. 11, while she was running on a trail in the area of Braemar Parkway and Linton Hall Road, she encountered an individual who lowered his pants and exposed himself.
After an investigation, police charged Daniel Joseph Loving, 47, of Warrenton with indecent exposure following the report.
“The victim immediately ran from the area and contacted police; officers quickly responded to the area and were able to locate the man on the trail,” said police spokesman Jonathan Perok.
The investigation is ongoing and according to police, the arrest was previously held for investigative purposes.
A court date is set for Sept. 7 and the accused is being held without bond at the time of the arrest.
