Warrenton, Virginia – (February 9, 2024) – Fauquier Health is pleased to announce Janelle Padgett has joined the organization as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) along with Toni Maxwell as its new Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). In their new roles, Padgett will have executive leadership for financial reporting, analysis and budgeting objectives and Maxwell will lead the nursing functions at Fauquier Health.
Janelle Padgett is an engaged financial leader with over 25 years of healthcare experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit healthcare systems. She began her career with HCA in Ocala, Florida as a controller and later assumed the chief financial officer position at the Primary Care Network of Floyd Medical Cener in Rome, Georgia. Padgett most recently served as assistant vice president of financial reporting and budget operations at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, DC.

As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), Toni Maxwell also brings over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry in a variety of fields to include a CNO role with FEMA contracts and other interim positions in the healthcare industry. Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Chattanooga State Community College, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Middle Tennessee State University.
