Semi Truck Cab Hits Lee Highway Residence

A semi truck cab drove into a Lee Highway residence around 4:59 a.m. Sunday.

In a statement, the Warrenton Volunteer Fire Department said that the driver was not injured and there was no one in the house.

However, they reported that the fuel tank holding 60-65 gallons of diesel fuel had ruptured.

"The hazards were secured and turned over to a cleanup company and the Virginia State Police," they said.

Emergency crews were on the scene for four hours.
