Promenade at Virginia Gateway Gets Two New Tenants

Posted

Quietly, the Peterson Companies have added Sleep Number and Grace Jewelers to their site plan for the Promenade at Virginia Gateway.

The developers of the 300,000 square foot retail center have listed several new tenants without formal announcements in the past month.

Gainesville-based Grace Jewelers will join fashion retailers Charming Charlie, Francesca's, Soma, LOFT and White House|Black Market at the Promenade at Virginia Gateway.

According to a store employee, the owner of Grace Jewelers, Sovanna Hiep, will close the Somerset Crossing Drive location, which he opened in 2005, when the store relocates.

Minneapolis-based Select Comfort Corporation, who owns the Sleep Number brand, will also open their sixth location in Gainesville. The company manufactures, markets, retails and services their specialty beds in over 400 retail stores across the country.

“Sleep Number offers a complete, exclusive line of innovative sleep products designed to meet every individual’s needs. From pillows that adjust for cradling comfort, to adjustable bases, to dual-warmth comforters, Sleep Number has solutions designed to improve sleep,”company spokesperson Sarah Reckard said.

The 14-screen Regal Theater, which is expected to open by Thanksgiving, should be the first business to open at the center.
