Prince William Officers arrested a suspect on Dec. 17, who they believe to have perpetrated series of armed robberies against tax-cab drivers in the Manassas area of Prince William County since De.c 9.

“Later that same afternoon, officers were actively patrolling the area of Ashton Avenue near Sudley Manor Drive and located a man matching the description of the suspect being sought by detectives,” Perok said.
