The Gainesville Neighborhood Library announced it will reopen to the public at 10 a.m. Sept. 17. following a reported outbreak of E. coli in the facility's water system.
"All items currently held for patrons at Gainesville will still be available for pickup at the Bull Run Regional Library, 8051 Ashton Ave., in Manassas, through close of business today, September 16th," library spokesperson Mary Tompkins said. "We look forward to serving our patrons on the 17th."
Library officials suggest patrons check their website at www.pwcgov.org/library for updates.
