Prince William County Police charged Ryan Gulley, 18, with driving under the influence after he struck a car head on, while traveling the wrong way on Sudley Manor Drive in Bristow Oct. 31.
According to police, Gulley, who was traveling on Linton Hall Road, turned the wrong way onto Sudley Manor Drive prior to the crash.
Police reported no injuries.
