Prince William Police Arrest Bristow Man for Child Rape & Sexual Assault

The suspect reportedly abused the victim between 2012-2019

Oct. 5, 2022- Prince William Police arrested a Bristow man accused of sexually assaulting a child during the timeframe of Dec. 2012 and Oct. 2019, at a Bristow residence.

The victim reported the incident to police on Oct. 3, spurring an investigation by the detectives with the Special Victims Bureau in coordination with Child Protective Services.

The investigation revealed that the victim was sexually assaulted on more than one occasion by a family member when she was between 5 and 12 years of age.

Following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the accused, Kevin Dean Rice, who turned himself over to police on October 5.

Kevin Dean Rice, 50, of Bristow was charged with 5 counts of rape, 4 counts of indecent liberties, 2 counts of forcible sodomy, 1 count of aggravated sexual battery, and 1 count of object sexual penetration.

Rice’s court date is pending. He is being held without bond.
