Sexual Assault Investigation – On April 15, detectives concluded a sexual assault investigation that was reported to have occurred in the Manassas (20110) area of Prince William County on April 10. The investigation revealed the victim, who was under the age of 13, was sexually assaulted by the accused.
While investigating the incident, detectives determined on April 9, the accused had also sexually assaulted a second victim, who was under the age of 18. Both victims are known to the accused.
Following the investigations, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the accused, identified as Marlin Nehemia Castillo Gomez.
On April 15, the accused was located in the Manassas area where he was taken into custody without incident.
Marlin Nehemia Castillo Gomez, 33, of Manassas was arrested on April 15. He was charged with rape and aggravated sexual battery.
His court date is pending. He is being held without bond.
