Posted

There’s a new name for senior living in Woodbridge, Va. Arbor Terrace Prince William Commons, formerly Harbor Chase, is now under the management of The Arbor Company. The community will continue to provide assisted living, Bridges – a blend of assisted living and dementia care - and memory care support for seniors.

Located at 14080 Central Loop in Woodbridge, Va, the community has 67 assisted living apartments and 60 memory care and Bridges apartments.

“We are thrilled to add this thriving community to The Arbor Company,” said Judd Harper, president of The Arbor Company. “We are committed to developing lasting relationships with staff and residents. The engaged lifestyle of this community is exactly the style of community The Arbor Company wants to connect with.”

The community opened in 2018 under the leadership of executive director Susan Haynes who will continue in her position. Prior to 2018, Ms. Haynes worked with an Arbor Company sister community in Manassas, Virginia. The Arbor Company is excited to reconnect with Ms. Haynes through Arbor Terrace Prince William Commons. “I am happy to be a part of The Arbor Company once again. Their 30 years of experience supporting communities and their residents is invaluable,” said Ms. Haynes.

The new community joins three other Arbor Company communities in the Virginia area: Arbor Terrace Sudley Manor, Arbor Terrace Fairfax, and Arbor Terrace Herndon. The Arbor Company, which operates more than 45 senior living communities, offers upscale senior living, engaged lifestyle opportunities, and the award-winning Dining with Dignity program.
