UPDATE: Teachables Seeks Nominations for 3rd Annual Best Teachers of the Year Contest

Nominate a local educator deserving of recognition

UPDATE: Sorry, folks. Teachables' Best Teacher nominations are closed for this year. Teachables will be announcing its winners by the end of the week. Stay tuned.

It's that time of year again. Teachables Bristow's educational supply store will celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week by recognizing outstanding teachers in our community.  And you can vote now for your favorite PreK-12 educator.

Teachables owner Jennifer Powell is a former teacher so she knows what a difficult job it can be. She also believes it is one of the most important jobs. Teachers affect the lives of young people, every day, and that influence may last a lifetime. That is why Teachables wants to celebrate teachers.

Teachables will select four educators out of the nominees, considering the number of votes each educator has received prior to Teacher Appreciation Week, and the narratives describing them. Tell Teachables which educator went above and beyond for their students, then, ask your friends to vote!

Jennifer encourages everyone to vote: parents, teachers, students, colleagues, and friends. Spread the word around your school community!

Winners will receive a gift basket with a gift certificate to Teachables and other fun items. They will also be featured in Bristow Beat. However, teachers often say the greatest reward is hearing from their students and parents and knowing they are appreciated.

The act of voting will make a difference to a teacher who has touched your life.!

And don't forget to appreciate all our educators with teacher appreciation gifts. Teachables can help you choose the perfect gift.

During May, get 10% off your total purchase when you say Bristow Beat sent you.
