Prince William Living Magazine Opens Influential Women Award Nominations

Nominate an influential Greater Prince William woman

Posted

Prince William Living, a publication celebrating the people and places of greater Prince William, is excited to announce the opening of nominations for their annual Influential Women Awards. These awards celebrate the accomplishments of women who have made a significant impact in their community and industry. Nominees can include leaders in business, non-profits, education, and more.

Each year, the magazine invites the public to nominate local women who inspire others through their vision, professional achievements, and charitable works. Prince William Living announces the winners in its March issue in celebration of Women’s History Month.

When Prince William Living launched its first Influential Women Awards almost ten years ago, choosing just five women from the impressive entries was no easy task for their judges.  It isn’t any easier today, but they are proud to see how the awards have grown. Many women in Greater Prince William give of themselves to strengthen our community, leaving their marks in the business world and serving as inspirations to others.

“These women are each redefining boundaries, not only for themselves but for others,” said Prince William Living Publisher Rebecca Barnes. “Whether bringing about change from the inside, nurturing creative thinkers, increasing awareness of a deadly disease, empowering women in their healthcare choices or blazing career trails, each of our winners is giving of themselves to strengthen our community. Their influence is far-reaching and impactful.”

The deadline for submissions is January 4th, so be sure to nominate your favorite local sheroes today! For more information, visit https://princewilliamliving.com/influential-women/.
