NOKESVILLE, VA., FEBRUARY 28, 2022 - Prince William County Parks, Recreation & Tourism (DPRT) held a groundbreaking ceremony today to kick off construction of the new Rollins Ford Park in the Brentsville District.

Led by Prince William County DPRT Director, Seth Hendler-Voss and Brentsville District Supervisor Jeanine Lawson, the ceremony served to celebrate the new 69-acre park which will include two athletics fields (one grass and one synthetic turf), a destination playground, basketball court, pavilions, dog park, comfort station, walking trails, a "pump track" for bike riders and wildflower meadows.

Gainesville Supervisor Pete Candland and several Brentsville area residents were also in attendance to show their support.
