The last thing you want is the cheapest bid if it means a non-licensed, uninsured, or unqualified HVAC company will be touching the systems that heat or cool your home. A reliable HVAC company will strive to ensure their customers have the lowest utility bills and the fewest breakdowns possible by offering a service agreement. Don’t be fooled by HVAC companies that offer two yearly inspections in their agreement, a reputable company will offer a minimum of one tune-up a year.
